OUR STORY
B FIRM Formulas® has a unique legacy rooted in natural breast enhancement and firming. As a spin-off from our immensely popular BreastGro® brand, our journey began with a ground breaking discovery: the influence of hops on breast tissue growth, observed among German female hop-pickers in the 1500s. Building on this centuries-old knowledge, it was in 1997 that our team of scientists developed a specialized blend of hops to stimulate breast size and firmness. This formula, clinically tested and patented, was launched in 2003 under the BreastGro® brand, empowering over 500,000 women to enhance their natural shape through our signature BreastGro® Capsules and complementary cosmetics. Arguably one of the world’s first beauty-from-within products.
In 2023, we migrated some of our key markets from BreastGro® to B FIRM Formulas®, expanding our vision to embrace all the contours of the female form. Today, B FIRM offers innovative, scientifically developed products that firm, volumize, and lift not only the breasts but also the bum, belly, and legs—areas that naturally lose firmness over time. BRAND FAMILY
Firming Caps:
B FIRM Formulas® Firming Caps, a unique beauty-from-within supplement, contain natural ingredients which help to firm and enlarge women’s breasts from within.
During puberty, hormone growth causes the body to produce glandular tissue, which increases breast volume and firmness. B FIRM’s Firming Caps, with active ingredients obtained from a carefully selected blend of hops and grains, stimulates the breast development by recreating this process. After taking the the Firming Caps for 8+ weeks, the glandular tissue in the breasts is activated – resulting in larger, fuller breasts. After consistent usage for 6-8 months, breasts can increase by up to 2 cup sizes. Furthermore, consumers experience added health benefits to hair and nails.
The effectiveness of this unique formula has been scientifically proven in double-blind clinical trials, supported by an independent placebo-controlled study.
Active ingredients:
Our carefully selected blend of hops and grains → Stimulate the natural growth of the existing glandular tissue within the breasts.
Soya isoflavones → Promotes the production of additional glandular tissue.
Dosage/application: 2 capsules per day for the first week, followed by 4 capsules per day.
Contents per unit: 128 capsules (1 month) or 256 capsules (2 months).
Allergens: This product is vegan. Contains gluten and soy.

Volumizing Cream should be used for at least 8 weeks to see clear results and is best used in combination with the Firming Caps for optimal results. It has been scientifically developed, and its effects are proven via dermatological and clinical tests. Research on the effects on the bum area are currently in progress.
